Crescent Hotels & Resorts Opens Sheraton Bay Point Resort in St. Andrews Bay, FL Following $30 million Transformation
PANAMA CITY, FL. November 22, 2016 - After over $30 million in capital improvements, Sheraton Bay Point Resort has opened under the management of Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Crescent, based in Fairfax, Virginia is a nationally recognized operator of premier hotels and resorts throughout the United States and Canada. Crescent managed the design, branding, food & beverage concepts, construction and pre-opening efforts of the transformation of the property to the new Sheraton Bay Point Resort.
The renovations included a top-to-bottom transformation of all guestrooms, public areas, water features and grounds, including the resort's three restaurants and lounges and its 60,000 square feet of meeting/social facilities.
