And on the most romantic night of the year, Boca de Iguanas celebrates with an intimate dinner under the stars set to music and candlelight. The elegantly plated dinner offers a choice of menu items including tender palm heart salad with green asparagus tips, goat cheese and light vinaigrette, beef tenderloin and Boca de Iguanas shrimp drizzled with spicy chile ancho sauce, pineapple lentils and black beans, iced mint tea with an infusion of all spice to refresh the palate before dessert, and red fruits topped with passion fruit sherbet.
Included in dinner is one bottle of red or white wine per couple, and a flute of Cava champagne per person. Intimate tables of two guarantee maximum dining pleasure.
