PHOENIX, AZ, August 22, 2005. Multi-Systems Inc. (MSI) has recently completed its 32nd Two-Way interface to the Best Western central-reservation system, and an additional 30 installations are in the pipeline.

"MSI is proud and pleased to be the first Best Western PMS provider to implement and install the Two-Way CRS interface based on the new Open Travel Alliance standards," said MSI President Rick Munson. "Our partnership with Best Western in this interface endeavor will help member properties by streamlining their daily operations and enhancing inventory features and availability to be sold by the Best Western CRS. Our bottom line at MSI through this initiative is to help Best Western members increase their bottom lines by improving occupancy and RevPAR through WinPM's state-of-the-art technology. Rate parity, inventory management, and travel agent information are a valued component of this CRS technology integration."

On a more industry-wide scale, this alliance with Best Western is another indication that MSI leads the way in providing the lodging industry with fully integrated property-management systems and a wide range of other sales, marketing and catering, point-of-sale, and wireless system solutions, he said.

"Best Western properties that would like to assume a leadership position within the Best Western system and outpace the competition in the marketplace should partner with MSI today by becoming among the first to install this technology," Munson said.
