. October 14, 2008

LAS VEGAS, NV, January 14, 2008. Investors Hospitality Management has been awarded the management contract for The Hotel on Mt. Charleston, Las Vegas, Nevada. The Hotel on Mt. Charleston, offering 62 rooms and suites, Conference Center in the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest encircling Las Vegas, offers meeting planners and corporate travel managers, families and individual guests just one more alternative to the bevy of glitzy Strip and downtown hospitality venues.

The Health and Wellness Spa at The Hotel on Mt. Charleston anticipates completion by year's end. The Spa accents the tranquility of its placement amidst the Toiyabe National Forest.

John Glen DiGuiseppe, President of Investors Hospitality Management, expresses his delight to represent such a national treasure: "The Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest encompasses all of Nevada and the far Eastern edge of California. The name "Humboldt" comes from the explorer John C. Fremont. He named the East Humboldt Mountain Range and the Humboldt River after German naturalist Baron Alexander von Humboldt. "Toiyabe" is an ancient Shoshone word meaning "mountain". The Humboldt-Toiyabe, or H-T, is the largest forest in the lower 48 states. IHM is all about preserving our country's heritage. The Hotel on Mt. Charleston enables visitors to appreciate one more dimension of the American Southwest while in Las Vegas."

"This forest encompasses a broad array of wildlife habitats ranging in elevation from approximately 4,100 feet to 12,374 feet. It is the largest National Forest outside Alaska with a net acreage of more than 6 million acres. Visitors can experience vistas of wildflowers in spring, fishing, viewing bighorn sheep after rejuvenating at Mt. Charleston's destination spa."

Rooms and suites at The Hotel on Mt. Charleston feature bed, hairdryer, coffee maker, CD player/alarm clock, personal refrigerator, new heaters/air conditioners, electric fireplaces, flat screen TVs, and balconies in selected rooms and suites. Dining options vary from the soon-to-debut A Cut Above to the hotel's Bistro, lounge, room service and catering offerings. Ideally suited to intimate social receptions and small meetings, The Hotel on Mt. Charleston offers two conference center alternatives: The Sandstone Room which accommodates 5 - 40 people, and The Aspen Room, banquet hall accommodating up to 200 guests, an idyllic setting for weddings, holiday parties, professional conventions, business meetings and special events.

"The addition of The Hotel on Mt. Charleston to IHM's portfolio expands the IHM brand's southwest expansion, providing our guests with properties in surprisingly unusual locations," said John Glen DiGuiseppe, IHM president. "Once The Health and Wellness Spa is complete, The Hotel on Mt. Charleston will be Las Vegas' first tourism tribute to the Shoshone Nation."
