Extended Stay Signs Renewal with Guest-Tek

High Speed Internet Support to Over 635 Properties Throughout North America

CALGARY, AL, Canada, January 8, 2008. Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd., (TSX:GTK) has announced an agreement with Extended Stay Hotels , increasing the scope of the existing preferred status to provide high speed Internet access (HSIA) service to over 635 properties amounting to over 70,000 rooms. Extended Stay Hotels operates over 680 properties in North America, which include Extended Stay America(R), Extended Stay Deluxesm, Homestead Studio Suites Hotels(R), StudioPLUS Deluxe Studios(R) and Crossland Economy Studios.

The move follows a growing drive from hotel brands small and large to increase the consistency of the guest experience when it comes to the HSIA service they provide to their guests. Guest-Tek has provided HSIA service and support to a growing number of Extended Stay Hotels properties since 2005. This two year agreement sees a price increase in keeping with the growth in usage of the service across the portfolio of hotels.
