Phoenix American Hospitality Acquires Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Phoenix American Hospitality has acquired two new hotels - Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites - both located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. With the addition of these hotels, Phoenix American Hospitality now owns 16 hotels nationwide. All hotels will be managed by PAH Management.
Located just ten minutes from Fort Wayne International Airport, The Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites are centrally located with easy access to downtown shopping, dining, entertainment and close proximity to area businesses and the Grand Wayne Convention Center.
The Hilton Garden Inn will stay open during its upcoming renovation, with guestrooms and public spaces completed within the next year. All 84 guestrooms will be revamped with new carpeting, window treatments, beds, televisions and furniture. Guest bathrooms will also be updated with new vanities and mirrors.
All public spaces, including the lobby, all 2,200-square foot of meeting space, business center and fitness center, will be refurbished with new vinyl coverings on the walls, carpeting and window treatments. The Pavilion Pantry, the hotel's grab & go store, will also receive an upgrade.
The Homewood Suites, located adjacent to The Hilton Garden Inn and connected by a covered walkway, will also stay open during its renovation. Homewood Suites will revitalize 79 guestrooms, which are all suites with full kitchens, within the next year and will include new carpeting, furniture, bathroom fixtures, artwork and televisions.
The public space renovation at Homewood Suites will include new vinyl wall coverings, window treatments and carpeting in the lobby, guestroom corridors, business center and fitness center.
Lastly, this renovation will incorporate the installation of outdoor patio and kitchen that will be shared by both properties.
