Joint Venture Between High Street Real Estate Partners and Eagle Four Partners Acquires 1,231-Room Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel
Denver HS-EF Court Place, LLC, a joint venture between High Street Real Estate Partners (Atlanta, Ga.) and Eagle Four Partners (Newport Beach, Calif) announced today the acquisition of Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, the largest hotel in Colorado, on September 28 for an undisclosed price.
Located on the 16th Street Mall, a mile-long pedestrian promenade filled with outdoor bistros, shopping and entertainment and situated in the heart of Denver's financial and business district, Sheraton Denver Downtown is one of Denver's choice hotels for leisure and business travelers. Offering 1,231 well-appointed guestrooms and suites, 133,000 square feet of flexible event meeting room space and an award-winning, responsibly sourced food and beverage program, it is close to many local landmarks and arenas, including the Colorado Convention Center, Coors Field and much more. Hotel Amenities include a heated rooftop pool, a full fitness center and several on-site restaurants.

The new ownership group is developing a major renovation plan for the hotel including both guestrooms and public space to coincide with Marriott International's re-launch of the Sheraton Hotels and Resorts brand, the third largest brand in its portfolio. In addition, they will work closely with the hotel team to continue to position the property as the best place to stay in Downtown Denver.
