To earn the impressive AAA Four Diamond designation, hotels and restaurants must pass a rigorous in-person evaluation completed by AAA's expert inspectors. After conducting a thorough walk-through of Kimpton Hotel Arras, the AAA inspector was extremely complimentary of the hotel's beautifully designed, modern interior and exterior, as well as its impressive artwork collection, which exclusively features the work of local artists. The hotel associates' friendly demeanor and warm hospitality were also noted as exemplary, adding to the overall guest experience.

According to AAA, Four-Diamond establishments are upscale in all areas and feature accommodations that are progressively more refined and stylish, physical attributes that reflect an obvious enhanced level of quality throughout, and an extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service, and attention to detail.
