Hilton Miami Dadeland Introduces New Director of Sales & Marketing Ana Isaza

Company Announces Newest Team Member Bringing in Over 20 Years of Hospitality Experience to the Sales and Marketing Department.

Hilton Miami Dadeland, an Aimbridge Hospitality managed property, is proud to welcome the newest addition to their seasoned team, Ana Isaza as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Hilton Miami Dadeland opened February 2019 as an encompassing wellness-focused property featuring a full spa and wellness center, meditation garden, heated outdoor pool and in-room wellness concept. Amenities include Table 55, an on-site farm-to-table restaurant. The property boasts 184 upscale rooms including 34 spacious suites for extended stay guests.

Isaza is stepping in with over 20 years of experience in catering and sales hospitality and over 10 plus years with Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Isaza joins Hilton Miami Dadeland to develop and maintain market awareness, monitor production of all top accounts, and implement strategies to exceed revenue goals. Her vast industry knowledge and experience is a welcomed addition to the Hilton Miami Dadeland team.

Isaza began her hospitality career in 1999 with Sonesta Hotels, in the catering department of their Key Biscayne location. She climbed the ladder to Sales Manager of Sonesta Coconut Grove in 2007. Isaza has been a key-player in integral corporate roles in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami area, including the role of Senior Sales Manager on the hotel opening team for Hilton Aventura Miami. Throughout her time with Hilton, she has been responsible for Pharmaceutical, Media, Corporate Group, Business Transient and Cruise Line markets thus making her a well-rounded addition to the Hilton Dadeland team.
