Marriott Lincolnshire Resort Announces Multiple Promotions to Leadership Positions
From Culinary to Operations, the Resort Celebrates the Commitment and Extensive Talent of Its Team Members
Marriott Lincolnshire Resort is proud to announce the promotions of several dedicated team members across multiple departments including food and beverage, operations and sales and events.
Brent Mulvey, formerly Director of Restaurants, has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage. Mulvey joined the resort team seven years ago and was instrumental to the revitalization and modernizing of the resort's dining outlets. With a proven track record of innovation and a passion for culinary excellence, Mulvey will play a pivotal role in further enhancing the resort's dining experiences.
"I am very fortunate for my position at the resort, as I get to spend every day being a part of the memories that our guests create here," said Mulvey. "From an easy-night-out for dinner and a show, to celebrating milestones, birthdays, or weddings, we get to be a part of what makes those moments special."
Everardo Fajardo, previously Executive Sous Chef, has been elevated to the role of Executive Chef. With nearly two decades of experience at the resort, Fajardo's passion, work ethic, and determination has led him to consistently expand his skills and has given him the ability to achieve his lifelong goal. His exceptional insights and dedication to delivering impeccable service will continue to drive the resort's culinary excellence. "I hope to teach other team members about what I've learned through my experience and encourage them to learn and explore their culinary creativity so we can continue to serve our guests outstanding food," said Fajardo.
Kasandra Liebich, who has taken on various roles in her five years within the Sales and Catering department, has been promoted to Director of Sales and Events. Liebich provided incredible leadership for the catering and events team through an unprecedented pandemic, and continues to shine by creating memorable experiences for every corporate or social event hosted at the resort. "My goal is to build a team that works well together and prioritizes building relationships with one another to ensure that our team and the resort are successful," said Liebich.
The newly promoted employees have displayed remarkable dedication to their roles and have gone above and beyond in delivering exceptional service to guests.
