First Hospitality Adds Delta Hotels Chicago Willowbrook to Management Portfolio

First Hospitality, a national hotel management and development company, assumes management of Delta Hotels Chicago Willowbrook (7800 S. Kingery Highway, Willowbrook, IL). The hotel re-opened in August 2020 after an extensive renovation and rebrand and features 164 newly renovated guest rooms. First Hospitality oversees three other hotels in the area and 17 other Marriott branded properties throughout the country.

Along with over 35 years of hotel management experience, First Hospitality was selected to oversee Delta Chicago Willowbrook for the company's expertise in marketing and sales for group business and diverse food and beverage concepts. First Hospitality will focus on direct sales efforts for the hotel's meeting spaces and the onsite restaurant, Willby's Restaurant and Lounge. Formerly under InterContinental Hotels Group, Delta Chicago Willowbrook rebranded under Marriott, and First Hospitality's team is instrumental to the hotel's success with this transition.

In addition to spacious guest rooms and Willby's Restaurant, Delta Chicago Willowbrook features 10,682 square feet of event space spread across nine meeting rooms. The hotel is located within a short drive of Chicago's O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport, as well as nearby attractions such as premier shopping destination Oakbrook Center, The Morton Arboretum, and Brookfield Zoo. Marriott Bonvoy members can earn and redeem points at this hotel.

The logic goes - no revenue, no need for revenue managers - so many industry professionals were furloughed.
