Brut Hotel includes 9-stories with 82 adequately sized guest rooms in a full-service setting located in the newly dubbed "Gateway to Downtown" locale. The property is the inaugural induction hotel to the upcoming Sharp Hotel Collection Hospitality Group & includes a rooftop bar scene that will provide 360 views of the lush landscapes of the neighboring historic neighborhoods, the Arkansas River & the breathtaking Tulsa skyline.

Brut Hotel is a brutalist style architecturally designed buildings & a major anchor for the 18th & Boston district. The Brut Hotel exterior includes a stoic & raw exterior that was originally built in 1952. An era when the brutalist architecture design began in the UK to showcase a buildings strong use of concrete materials and geometric designs. The style is making a comeback in the hospitality world, due in part because these buildings are hard to destroy, have a unique architectural flare and showcase a sense of stability in a current chaotic world. The Tulsa building has had multiple uses in the area including a secretarial school in the 1960's.

The interior aesthetic, created by local designers, was carefully crafted to provide an earthy, calming style with native greenery and reclaimed materials. The exterior & interior designs have a juxtaposition approach to redefine the Tulsa hospitality landscape.

Standing within walking distance to several attractions including the world famous Gathering Place, the 18Th & Boston entertainment district, Tulsa Riverpark's, the revamped 19Th & Riverside district and just a short walk to the bustling Cherry Street District.
