Maverick Hotels and Restaurants Adds Two Properties to Portfolio
Nantucket Inn in Nantucket, Massachusetts and Days Inn by Wyndham in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina Are The Latest to Join Maverick’s Growing Portfolio of Properties Owned and Managed
Maverick Hotels and Restaurants announced today that it has broadened the company's expanding portfolio with the addition of two hotels for which it will be providing third party management services. The two hotels are owned by VTT Management. Maverick will be working with VTT Management to renovate and reposition both properties. Robin Kirk, President of Maverick, made the announcement.
The Nantucket Inn in Nantucket, Massachusetts, is a family-friendly resort that features the island's largest selection of accommodations. Each of the resort's 100 rooms are situated around three calming outdoor courtyard spaces, offering scenic landscaped surroundings reminiscent of a lush oasis, alongside charming room amenities like marble-topped vanities and fluffy white bedding. The 130-room Days Inn by Wyndham Days Inn by Wyndham Mt Pleasant-Charleston-Patriots Point is located minutes from downtown Charleston, the Medical University of South Carolina, and local beaches. The hotel is pet-friendly hotel and offers free wi-fi, laundry facilities, an outdoor pool, and free parking.
