Bringing 17 years of hospitality industry experience, Jeff will oversee and ensure the smooth operation of InterContinental New York Times Square. With previous managerial roles at Waldorf Astoria New York and the London NYC, and as a member of the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts family since 2017 - most recently as Hotel Manager at InterContinental New York Barclay - Jeff's familiarity with the New York City market and InterContinental brand has already proven to be a tremendous asset to the team.

"Upon taking part in the recovery of our industry and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brand in New York City over the past few years, I am beyond excited to lead the InterContinental New York Times Square team through the next phase," says Jeff. "Leveraging my previous experience, my priority is to ensure the hotel continues to maintain its respected footprint in the discerning New York City hospitality market while ensuring an elevated level of service and product for our loyal guests."

Most recently, Dawna was an Area Sales Leader for Marriott International where she oversaw three full-service hotels and helped increase overall sales for those properties within a year. In her new role, Dawna will oversee and implement a direct sales strategy to ensure the property meets revenue goals.

"InterContinental New York Times Square has seen incredible growth in sales in 2022," says Dawna. "I look forward to continuing that momentum and meeting revenue goals as both business and bleisure groups continue to utilize this alluring property for their next meeting, retreat, or event."
