Pullman Hotels & Resorts Continues Expansion in China With Two Recent Openings and a New Development Signing

Pullman Hotels & Resorts, an Accor premium hospitality brand, announced the opening of Pullman Jinhua - a 322-room hotel in the heart of Jinhua City in Zhejiang Province, one of the major cities in the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.

The opening of Pullman Jinhua comes less than two weeks after Pullman Shenzhen North began welcoming guests - a superbly located hotel, high among the uppermost floors of the landmark North Station Huide Tower in the Longhua District of Shenzhen. Accor is also set to open Pullman Huai'an Falcon before year-end, while a new Pullman hotel development has just been signed at Tianfu International Health Town.

Pullman Jinhua is the brand's 48th hotel in Greater China, with Pullman Huai'an Falcon soon to follow as number 49, for a total of eight Pullman hotel openings in 2022 - including Haikou, Suzhou Taicang, Nanchang Xinlv, Yantai Center, Yuxi, and Shenzhen. Meanwhile, the brand has plans to open at least 20 more Pullman hotels in China by 2026, with developments underway in Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shenyang, Kunming, Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Kunshan, and Xinyang, to name a few.

Pullman Jinhua is located in the central business district of Wucheng District, where political, cultural and commercial interests converge. The hotel is adjacent to the Wucheng District Government, in an attractive area with convenient transportation. The surrounding Wantai Outlets Shopping Plaza features entertainment, leisure, restaurants, and other amenities. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from Jinhua Railway Station, a one-hour drive from Yiwu International Airport, and a two-hour drive from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. Guests of Pullman Jinhua will enjoy finding balance by exploring the region's beautiful mountains, flowing rivers, and numerous famous spots, such as Shuanglong Cave, Yongkang Fangyan Scenic Area, Lanxi Liudong Mountain Underground River, Dapan Mountain National Nature Reserve, and more.

While the hotel is now open to leisure guests and business travelers, Pullman Jinhua is undergoing a series of upgrades for a complete Pullman experience and aesthetics. A new lobby lounge will feature the brand's JUNCTION space, a social hub with coffee, drinks and small bites. Two restaurants will provide everyday culture, authentic Chinese cuisine, and a commitment to source food responsibly while reducing food waste. The hotel's MEET/PLAY facilities include an expansive ballroom and additional multi-function rooms, that can accommodate up to 2,000 guests. Pullman Fit Lounge will provide an innovative wellness experience with a high-tech gym, swimming pool, basketball court and spa.

Expected to open before the end of 2022, Pullman Hui'an Falcon is a 368-guestroom hotel located in the Huaiyin District Falcon City, which is the sub-center of Hui'an, with a mix of residential and commercial activity. Well-known as the birthplace and hometown of the late Prime Minister Zhou En-Lai, Hui'an is an economic and industrial powerhouse with significant history and culture. Next door to the popular Falcon Mall, Pullman Hui'an Falcon stands out with a glittering and translucent glass façade - creating a modern new landmark in this fast evolving city. The design of the hotel reflects the Grand Canal culture that characterizes Huai'an, blending seamlessly with Pullman's signature modern and dynamic style.

The newly signed Pullman at Tianfu New Area is less than an hour drive from Chengdu city center, with a plan to open in 2025. The hotel will be built by Sichuan Yuanzhong Health Wellness City Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. and Yutai Real Estate as part of the exceptionally innovative Tianfu International Health Town, located at Tianfu New Area, Sichuan Province. Tianfu New Area is the strongest area of development in Chengdu and features an abundance of top-class ecological and cultural tourist attractions, with Tianfu International Health Town being a center of expertise for leading edge medical services, biotech science, and health technology.
