Boingo Wireless, a total connectivity provider of distributed antenna systems (DAS), Wi-Fi and private networks, has been selected by Shopoff Realty Investments to design, build and manage extensive DAS and Wi-Fi 6E networks at Dream Las Vegas, scheduled to open in early 2025. Located on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip, Dream Las Vegas is a 531-room lifestyle hotel and casino project that will feature seven upscale dining and nightlife venues, 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 5,000-square-foot ballroom and 90-seat live entertainment theatre and screening room, a 20,000-square-foot casino and gaming floor, a fitness center by TechnoGym and on-site parking. State-of-the-art wireless from Boingo Wireless will provide a fully connected guest experience and smart hotel operations for the entire property.

The converged Boingo Wireless network will be designed to provide guests and staff with instant, always on, fast connectivity to enable experiences that include mobile check-in, online gambling, digital concierge services, streaming and ride sharing. The network can also support operations at the property including connected utilities, smart lighting, cashless payments, touchless entry points and more.

Located across from the famed Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, Dream Las Vegas will be a landmark destination with luxurious amenities, gourmet dining options, entertainment, nightlife and stunning city views. McCarthy Building Companies is the Design-Build Contractor on the project. DLR is the Architect of Record.

Boingo's neutral host DAS can accommodate all Tier One carriers to provide guests and staff with a strong and stable cellular signal no matter where they are on the hotel property. Wi-Fi 6E complements the cellular network to offer fast speeds, high capacity and enhanced security.
