Trust International Expands Relationship with Small Luxury Hotels of the World
Includes Call Center Services in Asia-Pacific and Arabic Countries
FRANKFURT, Germany, November 26, 2007, Trust International, a Travelport brand and a global provider of technology and distribution solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced the extension of an agreement with Small Luxury Hotels of the World, a hotel collection with 400 independent, luxury hotels in nearly 70 countries, to provide call center services in 13 Asia-Pacific and Arabic countries.
Small Luxury Hotels of the World will use Trust|Voice - the professional Voice Reservation Service via Trust's own reservation center in Singapore -- to provide professional reservation handling in India, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Australia and New Zealand. The Trust|Voice service includes the complete reservation process in the caller's native language, call forwarding, as well as after-hour services where hotels can forward calls during holidays or at night to the Trust call center. The latest telecommunication technology combined with well-trained call center staff guarantee fast reservation booking, excellent conversion rates and a high average room-rate per booking. A detailed reporting system allows the analysis of customers' booking behavior.
Small Luxury Hotels of the World will have the option to use telemarketing, concierge, chat and call back services via the Asia-Pacific call center, as well as extend the services to more countries at a later stage.
