Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore Unveils Multimillion-Dollar Renovation

USA, Phoenix, Arizona. December 11, 2025

Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore proudly announces the completion of an extensive multimillion-dollar renovation, marking a new era of modern comfort and elevated hospitality in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a reimagined atrium that captures the essence of a modern desert oasis. Bathed in natural light and accented with striking cacti, warm earth tones, and sculptural brickwork, the renewed Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore offers a serene yet sophisticated ambiance. The newly updated lobby features stylish desert-modern décor, comfortable seating, and a brand-new lobby market—perfect for grabbing a quick bite or local treat.

The transformation continues into the hotel's meeting and event spaces, which have been elevated with a refined, modern aesthetic. The refurbished rooms feature an elegant color palette accented by bold gold chandeliers, creating a sophisticated backdrop for gatherings of all kinds. Inset alcoves now showcase striking photo murals of iconic Arizona landscapes, adding a sense of place and visual interest. The renovation also introduced the Camelback Room, a stunning new venue with a wall of windows that floods the space with natural light—already a favorite among meeting planners and attendees. With this addition, the hotel now offers over 20,000 square feet of event and meeting space.

Throughout the property, guests will discover thoughtfully curated design elements that reflect the surrounding Sonoran landscape. Outside, the pool deck has been enhanced with bright, inviting furniture that complements the desert surroundings and creates a welcoming space for relaxation under the Arizona sun. The upgrades continue into the fitness center, now fitted with state-of-the-art equipment including a Peloton Bike to support guests' wellness routines.

These public area enhancements follow the successful completion of a comprehensive guest suite refresh in 2023. The hotel's 232 two-room suites, each 600 sq. ft. with separate bedroom and living areas, were refreshed to elevate comfort and style. The redecorated suites now showcase vibrant, inviting furnishings, bold accent pieces, and tastefully curated décor, all complemented by updated carpeting that adds warmth and texture. As part of the renovation, several larger suites were thoughtfully converted into two-bedroom configurations, an ideal option for families, friends, or colleagues seeking extra space and flexibility during their stay. Guests can also enjoy Embassy Suites' hallmark amenities, including a free made-to-order breakfast each morning and a complimentary evening reception featuring drinks and light bites, perfect for unwinding after a day of meetings or exploring Phoenix.

In addition to its refreshed public spaces and guestrooms, the hotel has introduced a bold new dining concept with the rebranding of its signature restaurant as TASTE. This full-service bar and restaurant welcomes both hotel guests and locals with an open-concept layout and a menu that is locally inspired by the rich flavors of the Southwest. TASTE features shareable snacks, savory handhelds, and indulgent desserts—all crafted with regional ingredients and a creative twist. Anticipated favorites include the house-made black bean burger, a cactus-spiced chicken quesadilla, and a cinnamon churro donut paired with dulce de leche ice cream. The beverage menu is equally inspired, with signature cocktails like Lupita's Rum Punch, named after a beloved bartender, and The Phoenix, a vibrant blend of mesquite syrup and prickly pear. Guests can enjoy their meals to the soothing sounds of the hotel's expansive indoor water feature, creating a relaxed and inviting dining experience.
