Lodging Econometrics Appoints Sales Manager to Hotel Vendors

NOVEMBER 13, 2007. Lodging Econometrics (LE), the Global Authority for Hotel Real Estate, announced today that Marguerite Tarica has joined the North American Sales Team. In the role, Tarica will be responsible for conveying LE's Sales Solution to U.S.-based vendor companies in the hospitality industry seeking to expand their market share.

LE President Patrick Ford is enthusiastic about Tarica working with North American Hotel Vendors. "New Project Announcements during the third quarter are at a record high," pointed out Ford. ^3Also, recently surpassing 5,000 projects in the Pipeline is a milestone event," he said. "There is a terrific need for LE's prequalified sales leads as the opportunity for vendors to the hotel industry right now is staggering."

In her role as North American Sales Manager, Tarica will deliver LE's programs to the vendor community. She brings over a decade of sales experience to her role at LE. Previously, Tarica served at Reed Construction, providing marketing information to hotel vendors for a variety of product lines. There, Tarica received seven Sales awards for outstanding performance.

LE tracks every New Hotel Construction, Reflagging, major Renovation, Condo Hotel, Hotel with Private Residences, Timeshare and Vacation Club, and Serviced Apartment project around the world. LE maintains a comprehensive individual "Sales Lead" record for each project.
