Jones Lang LaSalle Promotes Managers
AUGUST 25, 2006. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has promoted three team members across the Americas, recognizing its executives who have shown outstanding achievement.
Jeffrey Davis, part of the New York investment sales team, was promoted to senior vice president. With more than 12 years of real estate development and finance experience, Mr. Davis focuses on joint venture equity, development and conversion projects.
Mr. Davis joined Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels from Morgans Hotel Group where he was director of development. He also has experience in both the investment banking and consulting fields, and earned his MBA from UCLA.
In Miami, Miguel Rivera was promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Rivera joined the firm in 2005 with 8 years of hotel consulting and debt underwriting experience and is responsible for overseeing the development of the firm's hospitality advisory, investment sales and debt and equity capital raising services in Mexico and Latin America. Mr. Rivera joined the firm from Standard & Poors, where he was underwriting real estate debt securitizations. He also has experience with HVS in Mexico, Canada and the US. He earned his MBA from Yale University.
Kristina Paider was promoted to senior vice president of marketing and research. Ms. Paider joined the firm in 2004 with 10 years of journalism, production and marketing experience in roles with TravelCLICK, Inc., Pegasus Solutions, Tribune Newspapers and various TV stations across the U.S. Based in Chicago, Ms. Paider is responsible for the firm's overall marketing strategy and oversees the development and publishing of research for the Americas region.
