1111 Tower, Denver Celebrates Official Groundbreaking

SEPTEMBER 25, 2007. 1111 Tower LLC, the developers of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Denver today broke ground, marking a historic milestone for Denver. The development, standing approximately 600 feet high on the corner of 14th Street and Arapahoe Street, will be the most exclusive residential building in downtown Denver, offering a new level of elegance, fine quality and first-class service, as well as spectacular views, to both visitors and residents.

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences building, destined to be an icon in the city skyline, is inspired by the classic and historic skyscrapers from some of America's great cities. Boasting 240 rooms of luxury hotel accommodations and 102 private residences ranging from 1,000 square feet to 6,100 square feet, visitors and residents of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences will experience the unparalleled luxury and world-class service and amenities that characterize a Four Seasons lifestyle.

Four Seasons Hotel Denver, which will occupy the first 16 floors of the building, will feature a Four Seasons restaurant, lobby lounge and bar, a fully equipped health and fitness center, Four Seasons spa, rooftop pool area with dining and bar, and approximately 16,000 square feet of meeting space.

Four Seasons Private Residences will begin on the 18th floor and extend to the 45th floor with some of the most spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and city skyline. The Residences will offer its homeowners professionally-designed dwellings of distinction, the services and amenities of Four Seasons Hotel, and instant access to the best of the city's surrounding arts and culture, entertainment, retail and recreation. The Private Residences will have exquisite finishes and craftsmanship, including fully appointed granite countertop kitchens with Sub-Zero, Miele, and Wolf appliances; spacious balconies, fireplaces, and bathrooms with deep soaking tubs.

Toronto-based Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will operate the hotel and manage the residences. To fulfill the promise of a first-class development, 1111 Tower LLC, the project sponsor, has enlisted an all-star cast to complete the project, including Carney Architects, HKS, Inc., Bilkey Llinas Design and Clausen-Chewning Interior Design. Cairn Financial Products Limited, a subsidiary of London-based Cairn Capital Limited, is providing the financing for the project. Salomon Juan Marcos V. and Scott Steuer, who lead Grupo Denim USA, serve as the investment partner.
