Johnson Capital Welcomes Bryan K. Williams to Advisory Board
SEPTEMBER 24, 2007. Hospitality industry veteran Dr. Donald W. Wise is pleased to announce that Bryan K. Williams, CQA, Chief Service Officer and Baldrige Examiner, of B. Williams Enterprise, LLC, has joined the Global Hospitality Industry Advisory Board of Johnson Capital. Bryan had a distinguished career as Corporate Director of Training & Organizational Effectiveness for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, having been with that chain for nine years, prior to forming his own firm. He joins Melinda Bush, CHA, Stephen R Hennis, CHA, and David M. Brudney, ISHC, on our Johnson Capital Global Hospitality Industry Advisory Board.

Bryan will assist the Johnson Capital Global Hospitality Industry investment banking practice in providing high touch investment advisory, investment banking, transactional (brokerage) services, and financing placement of both debt and equity in the $15,000,000 to $300,000,000 range. Our Johnson Capital Express hospitality loan program lends between $1 million and $5 million, but on a case-by-case basis, will lend up to $10 million. These services will be primarily focused on the upscale, luxury and boutique market tiers of domestic and International hotels, resorts, gaming, condominium-hotels, and timeshare, fractional and mixed-use projects that have a lodging component to include:
---|Debt placement - First mortgage, construction, subordinated/mezzanine debt, preferred equity financing for acquisition and refinance of single-asset and portfolio transactions, and debtor in possession;
---|Equity placement - New construction, renovation, recapitalization;
---|Corporate real estate services - Disposition of distressed asset and loan portfolios and/or loan sales to non-performing loans;
---|Bridge loans - Purchasing and participating in highly leverage bridge loans of existing assets, and raw entitled land on a case-by-case basis;
---|Advisory services - Preparation of sophisticated financial and/or market analysis of property, including valuations, hold versus sell analysis, feasibility studies, investment underwriting, transactional due diligence, and partnership restructuring and dissolutions;
---|Investment services - Asset management, development and acquisition services to hotel real estate investors requiring third-party expertise; and
Brokerage intermediary services - existing assets, sites, and portfolios.
