AUGUST 30, 2007. Four Seasons has tied up with an arm of Indian real estate firm DLF Ltd. to run a 250-room hotel near New Delhi, the Economic Times reported, citing an unnamed source.

The hotel - to be built in Gurgaon by DLF Hotels Ltd. for around INR5.5 billion ($134 million) - will be managed by U.S.-based Four Seasons.

Four Seasons won't pick up any equity stake in the venture, the newspaper said.

The hotel is scheduled to be completed in time for the 2010 Commonwealth Games, which will be held in New Delhi.
