Wyndham Expands Adds Rio Mar Resort to FairShare Plus Program
Owners Can Now Choose Among Six Select Wyndham Hotel Properties
AUGUST 14, 2007. Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the world's largest vacation ownership company and a member of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE: WYN), today announced that owners of FairShare Plus, its points-based vacation ownership exchange program, may now use their points to stay at the luxurious Wyndham Rio Mar - A Wyndham Grand Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. The addition of the Wyndham Rio Mar brings the number of Wyndham hotels participating in the FairShare Plus program to six.
The Wyndham Rio Mar is a 600-room luxury hotel, situated on 500 acres along a one mile stretch of tropical beach. The property is adjacent to the Caribbean National Rain Forest of El Yunque and the Mameyes River. It features 48,000 square feet of function space; a 7,000-square-foot casino; two 18-hole golf courses; a 7,000-square-foot spa and fitness center; 11 restaurants, lounges and entertainment venues; a tennis center; water sports center; and two beachfront pools.

The number of points required to stay at the respective hotels vary according to the time of year and other usage guidelines.
