LITTLE TORCH KEY, FL, September 15, 2005. "I Do." Those two little words can strike fear in even the sanest person. Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, where wedding coordinator Mary Simmons organizes almost 200 weddings a year, is very familiar with pre-wedding jitters. The resort's SpaTerre is offering Wedding Bliss Spa Packages, which offer a variety of ways to relax and prepare even the most jittery bride or groom before their big day.

Pre-Wedding Jitters Package (designed for the bride)

This package is just the thing to melt away those day-before jitters. The bride will start her journey with the spa's signature Milk and Honey Body Wrap, an exfoliating body scrub, body mask and Vichy shower rinse, which leaves skin feeling soft and glowing from head to toe. Next are a Classic Manicure and Spa Pedicure to get hands and toes picture perfect. Brides should plan to be away from their Husbands-to-Be for approximately two and half hours. The cost for the package is $265.00 and includes gratuity.

Cold Feet Package (designed for the groom)Even grooms want to look great and be pampered before their big day. This treatment begins with a Gentlemen's Indulgence Facial. This treatment is designed specifically for men and helps to soothe the toll of the daily abuse of shaving and the elements. Following the facial is the Gentlemen's Hand Treatment. This treatment is intense therapy with pressure point massage for dry, parched hands. Grooms should plan to be away from their Brides-to-Be for about two hours. The cost for the package is $225.00 and includes gratuity.

It's Your Day Princess Bride Package (for the bride only)

Every woman needs to be a princess, at least for a day, and SpaTerre is indulging every "girl's" dream. Brides start their day with a relaxing De-Stress Bath Soaking Experience in a traditional Japanese soaking tub. From there, the spa's stylists will handle the hustle and bustle of getting ready with ease by providing bridal hair styling and applying make-up. Please allow at least three hours to enjoy the services and avoid being rushed. The cost for the package is $500.00 and includes gratuity.

Two Equals One Package (an experience for the bride and groom together)

The wedding day came and went so quickly. This is the perfect "day after" treatment to relax and spend the first day as husband and wife in the lap of luxury. Couples can choose from one of the resort's romantic destinations: Palapa Point, the Rainforest Room, or In-Suite for an 80-minute Couple's Medley Massage. Couples then return to their room for an In-Suite Romance Bath, infused with essential oils of Ylang-Ylang, Sandalwood and dried red and pink rose petals. SpaTerre staff will sprinkle fresh rose petals in the bath, and light the room with candlelight. A half-dozen decadent chocolate-covered strawberries will be provided to finish the day. The cost for the package is $725.00 and includes gratuity.
