Elfiq Networks Launches New Major Firmware
JUNE 21, 2007. Elfiq launches a new firmware release with a very special feature called a trigger. This trigger enables to track any IP session and ensure alternate sessions with same destination IP will use the same link. Primary usage of this functionality is to fully load balance VPN sessions on different links with all Elfiq advanced algorithms.

Elfiq has also implemented functionality and infrastructure to send email SMTP alerts to the General Manager or IT team without a local mail server or ISP SMTP relay. This ensures alert delivery without having to bother with each ISP anti-spam or security rules, thus reducing SMTP alerts configuration time.
Elfiq Link Load Balancer installation is the simplest on the market. No IP address migration or any change to the HSIA server is required.
