MAYSVILLE, KY, May 23, 2007. The Mumford Company is pleased to announce the recent sale of the full service Inns of America of Maysville, Kentucky. The deal was structured by Steve Kirby of The Mumford Company's office in Atlanta, GA at a price of $1,850,000. This was the second property brokered by The Mumford Company on behalf of the seller, KUNJ Hospitality, Inc, a regional multi-unit operator. The purchaser, Maysville Lodging Associates, LLC, was a Lexington based hotel, food and beverage specialist. The group plans an investment of approximately $5,000 per unit to convert the property to a Days Hotel.
