We offer owners, guests and stakeholders unique concepts that immediately gain world class status as award winning properties. We are setting a trend for those who want to break away from the big corporate 'cookie cutter' mentality and offering a naturally modern lifestyle and mindset that guests can return to time after time.'

Continuing he says; 'We look for partners and stakeholders who share our vision and we see a huge potential for growth within the Indian Ocean, the Caribbean and emerging destinations such as North and East Africa, India and South East Asia. Our focus for growth will continue to be on these markets where we know there is still a void for individual properties with emphasis on iconic design. Our properties continue to win awards through the Per Aquum Difference and this 'Difference' will be seen in our new projects, allowing us to take guest satisfaction even further.'

Scheduled to open in early 2007, Desert Palm will offer a haven for those looking for an alternative to the hectic city life of Dubai.
