Knowcross Announces the Release of TRITON 2.4
MAY 3, 2007. Last month, Knowcross rolled out a new version of TRITON globally to its customers. TRITON 2.4 has a host of user friendly and efficiency increasing enhancements.
In the newest version properties can now view the screen data in multiple languages dynamically based on the user's profile including double byte character languages like Chinese. Multi lingual support is unparalleled and includes the application screens, telephone interface and dispatch devices. TRITON 2.4 offers a feature and functionality rich user experience.
TRITON 2.4's powerful Call Registration screen empowers guest services and hotel employees with the ease to deal with guest calls, ensure hotel standards and phraseology is maintained, enter service requests and log incidents. It also puts all of the guest information at their fingertips so that they can personalize the interaction with each guest including VIP status, special preferences, previous requests and pending incidents.
TRITON 2.4's ease of functionality allows the communication centre to register multiple calls at on time, essential for any busy hotel. No longer does the communication centre need to waste time calling up multiple people/ staff for different complaints registered from one room.
Whether a service order is created via telephone, wireless device or at the computer, TRITON's unique job allocation system instantly notifies the right person or team for the job. Flexible options for automatic dispatching include next available staff among others. All dispatching is automated so that Communication Centre agents can focus on the next guest call rather than worrying about who to contact for the next job.
TRITON 2.4's Console allows the user to group and view parameters as they would choose. For example- a supervisor may want to who is working on what job at a given point in time; whereas a manager may want to see how many jobs haven't been completed on time; and the Director of Rooms may want to view department wise performance. TRITON 2.4 has also introduced a dynamic search box that allows a user to search the console on any parameter or any field s/he chooses.
TRITON 2.4's most powerful tool is its multi lingual capability. With more and more people across the globe using TRITON it is essential to reach them in their language of choice. TRITON's aim is efficiency which is, maximized by increasing usage within a property. With the introduction of TRITON 2.4 staff in China can receive job alerts in Chinese while colleagues who wish to receive the same alert in English have the freedom to do so.
TRITON 2.4 includes a multi lingual IVR powered to enable staff to report service requests and maintenance issues from any telephone. This gives all hotel staff the ability to report defects quickly and easily without tying up other staff members who can in turn focus on serving the guest better. The ability to access the IVR in the users' language of choice just reiterates Knowcross' commitment to making technology for accessible and user friendly.
