"Our associates are the cornerstone of our long-term success, and Sharon will play a key role during our current aggressive growth program. Her broad perspective across a number of service industries, including hospitality, retail and health, will help us enhance our systems for recruiting, training and retention, which in turn will enhance our guests' experience at our hotels. In addition, she will be responsible for significantly upgrading our benefits program, to establish Crescent as a clear leader in the industry and a very attractive employer for top-level talent."
Glees will be responsible for Crescent's human capital strategy which includes the company's culture, benefits administration, leadership development, recruitment, career pathing, compensation/incentive plans, human resources management, conferences, reward and recognition.

This flexibility will enable us to attract and retain more entrepreneurial managers, while quickly surfacing and sharing best practices."
