Mumford Closes Sale of Sleep Inn Concord, NC
APRIL 15, 2008. The Mumford Company is pleased to have represented the David Drye Company in the sale of the Sleep Inn of Concord North Carolina to S D Hospitality, Inc. Ed James and Matt Winston of the Mumford Company's headquarters in Newport News, VA, marketed the property and facilitated the sale for an undisclosed amount. According to Ed James, "The Sleep Inn of Concord is an exceptional property in the very desirable North Charlotte / Concord, NC market. Buyer interest was very high and the transaction progressed from listing to closing in less than 100 days." After mainly cosmetic renovations, the 82 unit Limited service property will remain a Sleep Inn.
