Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Promotes Gregory Rumpel to Executive Vice President
MIAMI, FL, September 29, 2005. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels announced today that Gregory Rumpel has been promoted to executive vice president, recognizing his outstanding achievements. Mr. Rumpel is responsible for establishing the firm's Miami office four years ago, which offers a full range of services including investment sales, financing and real estate advisory work with a geographic focus in South Florida, Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Since establishing the Miami office, Mr. Rumpel has completed many high profile transactions, including the refinancing of the Ritz-Carlton Jamaica and the Westin Charlotte, as well as the sales of the Marriott Mexico City Airport, the Cheeca Lodge and Spa in Islamorada, Florida, Caneel Bay Resort in St. John USVI, and the Lake Lanier Islands Resort in Atlanta. Currently, Mr. Rumpel is marketing the Grand Cayman Marriott; La Belle Creole in St. Martin and the Omni Colonnade in Coral Gables, Florida.
