Passkey Brings Expertise to Meetings Technology Expo Series
Passkey Executives to Deliver Meeting Planners Best Practices to Ensuring Ongoing Event Housing Succ
MAY 20, 2008. Passkey, the worldwide leader in online group reservations, today announced that it will be exhibiting and presenting at the three upcoming Meetings Technology Expo events being held in 2008, starting with the upcoming event taking place on May 22 at the Navy Pier in Chicago.
At the upcoming expo Passkey will be presenting an hour long session titled, 'How to Overcome Event Housing Challenges." The session will feature housing best practices and specifically how to take event housing to the next level, whether for a meeting of 10 or 10,000 attendees. Housing management is still considered one of the most challenging aspects of meeting planning and a costly and time-consuming process if not done correctly. Through this interactive session, Passkey will offer attendees proven ways and best practices to avoid issues and ensure event success.
"The Meetings Technology Expos are designed to educate meeting planners on the latest meeting technologies and how these solutions can help them work smarter and faster, regardless of the size of the event,' said Paul Paone, show director, Meetings Technology Expos. 'Industry thought leaders such as Passkey, which know housing management inside and out, are a valuable component to our conferences, as they can provide clear and practical best practices to our attendees to help each overcome the complexities of housing management.'
In addition to the event in Chicago, Passkey will also be involved in the upcoming Meetings Technology Expos in Washington D.C. on September 3, 2008, and in New York City on October 26, 2008.
'Our involvement with these leading industry conferences affords us the unique opportunity to meet face-to-face with some of the leading figures within the industry,' said Greg Pesik, president and CEO for Passkey. 'Over the course of these four events we look forward to educating our planners on how they can successfully deal with the housing challenges they face every day.'
