Jones Lang LaSalle Announces Sale of Holiday Inn Express
JUNE 23, 2008. On behalf of Valley Hospitality Group, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels' select service division is pleased to announce the sale of the Holiday Inn Express in Valley, Alabama to ITC Holdings. The 71-room hotel is the newest in the Valley area and features a fitness room, outdoor swimming pool and 400 square feet of meeting space.
Valley lies on the Alabama border facing Georgia. It is located in Chambers County which is home to major industries such as textiles, transportation, plastics and fiber glass.
