Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Select Service Division Closes 10 Hotel Transactions

ATLANTA, GA, October 4, 2005. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Select Service Division announced today that they advised multiple sellers in the disposition of 10 hotels in the month of September. Located in urban and suburban markets across the country, the properties comprised 2,612 rooms, which included these assets:

Hotel Syracuse - Syracuse, New York

Holiday Inn Express - Gadsden, Alabama

Ramada Inn Woodlawn - Charlotte, North Carolina

Econo Lodge - Bossier City, Louisiana

Lancaster Host Hotel - Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Sturbridge Host Hotel - Sturbridge, Massachusetts

Heritage Inn - Columbus, Georgia

Marietta Garden Hotel - Marietta (Atlanta), Georgia

Days Inn - Tampa, Florida

Days Inn - Fort Myers, Florida

Keith Thompson, one of three managing directors of the Select Service Division stated, "With these last 10 transactions, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Select Service Division continues to lead the country in mid-market hotel real estate transactions. These 10 transactions are representative of the geographical reach of the Select Service Division. Of the referenced transactions, four were lender owned, two were very complicated debt assumptions, two were owned by public companies and the remaining two were private sellers. All 10 buyers were privately-held hotel companies. We continue to witness strong transactional growth in the mid-market hotel real estate sector across all brands, locations, physical size and economic levels."
