Hilton Kuala Lumpur has unveiled Level Seven, a new event venue and meeting space designedspecifically to respond to the changing needs of the modern business traveller.Following extensive research, Malaysian design firm Axis Network Design ConsultantSdn Bhd found that business guests want a hotel with the feeling of home and like theirstay to be tailored to their individual needs.
General Manager, Paul Hutton said Hilton Kuala Lumpur has responded to these needswith Level Seven's modern, warm design as well as friendly communal space in a noncompetitivesetting.
"Providing personalised service where guests' needs and expectations can beanticipated and exceeded has always been our team's philosophy. At Hilton, we call thiscreating 'Hilton moments' and have always receive warm feedback from our guests onthese personalised experiences," said Mr. Hutton.
"The findings from Axis' research fit our philosophy perfectly and we thought it's onlyright to dedicate Level Seven solely to these values".
The comforts of home are recreated at Level Seven with spacious living rooms andplush lounge to offer guest the ultimate relaxation during coffee breaks.Level Seven's living rooms are appointed with fashionable and comfortable lounge seatsthat would be found in a chic home and the open interactive kitchen means guests caninteract with the chef while waiting for fresh out of the oven pastries and bakery.To create a welcoming and soothing ambience throughout the spaces, Level Sevenutilises soft natural wood tones contrasted with freshly colored fabrics. Materials inneutral colors such as glass, pewter, Luxalon steel, marble and bespoke carpet and rugsare also used to complement the concept.
