Jones Lang LaSalle Announces Sale of Motel 6, Mentor, OH
OCTOBER 15, 2008. On behalf of Accor North America, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels' select service division is pleased to announce the sale of the Motel 6 Mentor in Ohio to APSNY, Inc. The 103-room hotel is located right off Interstate 90 near Cleveland and features an outdoor swimming pool.
"The deal closed in just 50 days, record time in today's trading environment," said Chris Dewey, a vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. "This was a strategic opportunity for APSNY, Inc. to purchase an asset unencumbered by brand and management. The Cleveland-based owner has the opportunity to re-flag the property and streamline operations."
The Motel 6 Mentor is the second asset APSNY, Inc. has purchased in the Cleveland area this year.
