New Market Insight Suite Competitive Intelligence Tool Offers Rate Benchmarking and Channel Manageme

Rate Tiger, a leading provider of online hotel distribution management tools has joined forces with Utell Hotels & Resorts, the world's largest hotel representation service, to introduce Market Insight. The new suite of business intelligence tools will help Utell's member hotels compete on a global level, offering more options for distribution, benchmarking, inventory and rate management.
The Market Insight suite will include MarketCompare, a comprehensive tool for hotels to benchmark rates against direct competitors; MarketUpdate, an application that allows hotels to update rates, availability and restrictions across multiple channels through one interface; and MarketManage, an enhanced combination of MarketCompare and MarketUpdate. The Market Insight components will help hotels remain competitive, according to Ric Leutwyler, president of Utell.
