Ballymore Opens New 5 Star Hotel in Prague
OCTOBER 30, 2008. The hotel was constructed by Ballymore through the painstaking restoration of a 17th century listed building. It comprises 9,000 sq metres (100,000 square feet) and includes 75 luxury rooms and suites.
Pavel Bem, Mayor of the City of Prague, was joined at the opening ceremony by His Excellency Mr Vaclav Klaus, President of the Czech Republic, Sean Mulryan, Chairman of Ballymore Group and David Brophy, Group Chief Executive.

The building, a focal point in central Prague and within walking distance of our most important cultural and historical sites, has now been carefully restored. The hotel features grand, high-ceilinged rooms and its garden, which covers 1,800 square metres and houses more than 2,500 new trees, is an oasis in the heart of our beautiful city."
