Starwood Vacation Ownership Breaks Ground on Next Phase of Westin Kierland Villas in Scottsdale
Phase 2 Opens for Occupancy in September
ORLANDO, FL, June 6, 2005. Starwood Vacation Ownership, a division of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., has broken ground on the next phase of the Westin Kierland Villas in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area of Arizona. Upon completion the resort will have 158 two-bedroom villas.
This phase of the resort will consist of two buildings for a total of 54 two-bedroom units and will include two additional community barbeque areas and more than 50 covered parking spaces. The Westin Kierland Villas are located on 10 picturesque acres within the exclusive master-planned Kierland community just outside Scottsdale, Arizona. The area is renowned for its premier golf, spas, year-round sun, and stunning vistas.
