2005 Wisconsin Lodging Conference to be Held in Milwaukee, October 24-25th
Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee Airport to Host Annual WIA Conference
MILWAUKEE. WI, October 17, 2005. The Wisconsin Innkeepers Association (WIA) will host the 2005 Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show, October 24-25th at the Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee Airport. The WIA is state's largest lodging association and the 4th largest state lodging association in the country. This annual conference historically draws over 300 participants and is the largest gathering of Wisconsin lodging owners and operators.
This year's conference features 75 vendors on the trade show floor and multiple sessions on current industry trends. Seminars this year address generational advertising for maximum results, cost reduction ideas, Internet marketing strategies, how to increase customer loyalty and more.
Speakers and featured guests this year include: Pedro Mandoki, 2005 Chairman of the Board for AH&LA (American Hotel & Lodging Association); Steve Marcus, Chairman, President & CEO of Marcus Corporation; and Jim Holperin, Wisconsin Department of Tourism Secretary; among others.
