ITG Networks Offers IP3 NetAccess Gateway Transition Plan

. February 16, 2009

FEBRUARY 16, 2009 - On January 26th, 2009, Second Rule LLC (manufacturer of IP3 NetAccess Gateway) officially ceased operations, therefore, IP3 will no longer offer the IP3 Gateway device. Unfortunately, the closing leaves a large number of US hotel customers without a manufacturer's warranty and/or network support for their installed equipment.

ITG understands the importance of reliable guest Internet services and we are ready to assist hotels through this transition. ITG Networks has a 5-year track record of providing support for the two leading visitor-based network Gateways - Nomadix and IP3 Networks. ITG Networks has the capability and the experience to support existing IP3 Gateways and also the ability to work with owners and property managers to develop a smart and effective transition strategy.

For existing ITG customers who purchased an IP3 NetAccess Gateway within the last 12-months, the equipment is covered under ITG's 12-month warranty (parts and labor). If the IP3 equipment fails, ITG will provide an alternative gateway supported by ITG's top of the line guest network support.

For new customers, ITG Networks is prepared to provide experienced support of existing IP3 solutions while working on an appropriate migration strategy. ITG has the experience and expertise necessary to manage the retrofit while also insuring guest satisfaction.

Trade-in discounts are available for working IP3 units. Those interested in speaking with representatives to help evaluate how best to protect their ongoing business and to ensure continuity should contact, at their earliest convenience, ITG Networks at 877-934-4636.
