Donohoe Brokerage Structures Sale of Two Boutique DC Hotels
WASHINGTON, DC, Fbruary 24, 2009 - Donohoe Real Estate Services announced today that the firm closed the sale of The Embassy Inn and the Windsor Inn & Suites, both located in Washington, D.C. Donohoe represented seller in both dispositions for an undisclosed amount.
Bill Moyer, Director and Charlotte Seale, Associate Broker of Donohoe Hotel Brokerage structured the sale of these two boutique hotels to JetSet Hospitality, LLC.
The Embassy Inn and Windsor Inn & Suites are European style hotels built in the early 1900's with 84 guestrooms in total. These properties are well located on 16th Street in the Northwest Quadrant of the District of Columbia just blocks from the White House.
JetSet Hospitality, LLC, an offshore investor, will own and operate the properties. Buyer plans to make a significant investment in improvements to both properties.
