Trust International Wins CRS Contract for Charming Hotels
FRANKFURT, Germany / ROME, Italy, March 9, 2009 - Global hotel distribution leader Trust International secured a new contract and has implemented its full centralized reservation system (CRS) suite for Rome-based Charming Hotels and Resorts, which operates 33 properties in Italy.
After a thorough analysis of distribution technology vendors, Charming Hotels' requirements for uncompromised distribution excellence, superior service levels and full range of proven CRS products led them to choose Trust International as their full service distribution technology provider. The Trust|CRO call center module is powering Charming Hotel's own voice reservation department.
