Hotel Equities Adds 43rd Hotel to Portfolio
MARCH 12, 2009 - Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (HE) recently logged the 43rd hotel in its growing portfolio with the addition of the Candlewood Suites in Macon, Georgia. HE will manage the 83-room hotel that is conveniently located at 3957 Riverplace Drive off Interstate 75 in Macon at exit 169.
The Candlewood Suites marks the second hotel under the company's management in Macon. Hotel Equities begins a new business relationship with Ashok J. Patel and Shree Ji Swamibapa Ji, LLC, the owner of the four-story property.
