. October 14, 2008

FAIRFIELD, CT, August 1, 2005. Sterling Commercial Capital, LLC, headquartered in Fairfield, CT, today announced the opening of its first branch office, located in Lake Delton, Wisconsin, near Wisconsin Dells. CEO Brian Opert stated, "We are enthusiastic about having a branch office in Wisconsin, tailored to better serve the Midwestern commercial real estate markets of the United States." The Wisconsin Branch Office also advertises a Chicago phone number - 312-238-9185 - to ease access for area clients, as well as via email at [email protected].

The Midwestern Regional Office of Sterling Commercial Capital is headed by Wally Czuprynko, an experienced real estate developer and operator. "Wally has extensive experience in his marketplace as a developer, owner, manager and financial administrator of over $20 million in commercial real estate in the Wisconsin Dells region," advised Opert. "He has been both an investor and a borrower, a manager and an owner, so he's been on both sides of the table. This enables Mr. Czuprynko to better understand the needs of our borrowers while he also understands the parameters of our loan programs."

Wally Czuprynko, with both a BA and MBA from DePaul University, was President and CEO of Diamond Properties as well as New Castle Corp., Wisconsin companies that successfully developed and managed extraordinary hotel properties in Wisconsin Dells as well as other commercial real estate in the region. "It appears that I will be able to take advantage of all of my training and experience in the real estate business in this new position with Sterling Commercial Capital," advises Regional Vice President Wally Czuprynko. "Since we offer a wide range of loan programs from short term bridge loans to long term 30 year permanent loans, I am able to help area borrowers to take advantage of a loan program carefully tailored to meet their business objectives."
