Aston Promotes Scott Pauli and Charlotte Caster

Pauli was hired by Aston Hotels & Resorts in June 2007 as corporate director of housekeeping. He has made significant contributions to the company, including successfully negotiating several key contracts that have resulted in a reduction of costs for various products used in hotel operations. He is a hospitality industry veteran with experience in both the front office and housekeeping at hotels such as The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai and The Ritz-Carlton Mauna Lani (now The Fairmont Orchid).
Charlotte Caster, assistant general manager, Aston Maui Hill
Caster has been an Aston Hotels & Resort employee for more than 15 years. She was most recently interim general manager at The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach and Aston Maui Lu. Her expertise with the company is a result of the range of positions she has held. She has served as reservations manager, front office manager and rooms division manager at various properties such as the Maui Park Hotel, Honolulu Prince and Coconut Plaza Hotel.
