The Kapalua Land Company Ltd. announced today that it has signed an agreement and has commenced implementation of the EzRMSTM Internet Suite of Products at The Kapalua Villas. There are over 280 ocean front, ocean view and fairway unit villas that provide spacious one and two bedroom accommodations. EzRMSTM is provided by Easy (Ez) Revenue Management Solutions, a provider of internet solutions for Revenue & Yield Management used in the hospitality industry. It provides statistics that include past and current demands of the property such as revenues, pricing structures, length-of-stay, historical occupancy, inventories, etc. This information will help The Kapalua Villas to provide optimal service at the resort.
