Cheapflights.com Adds Online Blogging
NOVEMBER 8, 2005. Cheapflights.com is venturing into the world of online blogging with the addition of a Flight News section.
The site will provide aggregated information with the added opportunity for users to comment on articles. Updated daily, it features a vast selection of information, news and deals that relate to flights. Flight News aims to give consumers researching flights extra insight. The site sorts news by airline, latest savings tips, airport information and an "Inside Cheapflights" section, that gives first hand accounts of destinations and insider tips from the knowledgeable (and well-traveled) staff at Cheapflights.
Currently in soft launch, Flight News will continue to grow in design and content, offering the opportunity for well known travel journalists to contribute. Flight News is also available as an RSS feed, which allows consumers to see updates on tools like Google Desktop.
