PHOENIX, November 10, 2005 - Warnick & Company, LLC, acting as exclusive agent, represented Resort Suites - Scottsdale, LLC in the sale of the Resort Suites Scottsdale to Whitehall Street Global Real Estate Limited Partnership.
The 483-room resort is located at 7677 East Princess Boulevard, in north Scottsdale, Arizona. The resort is positioned as an independent, full-service resort specializing in golf packaging, although they enjoy a diverse business. Among other amenities, Resort Suites features Gordon's, a full-service restaurant and lounge; a health club; meeting space and boardrooms; and several resort pools.
Resort Suites was privately owned and managed prior to the sale and the Seller will remain as the management company after closing.
